We are excited to report substantial progress on the Bamako, Mali kindergarten project in 2025! Due to a major donation of funds from a donor in the past year as well as the untiring efforts and donations of See Africa Grow members, the kindergarten project has taken on a new reality. Much work has been done on improving the facilities so that the kids can have a safe, conducive, and inviting learning environment. No longer are classes held in an unfinished room or outside under a shade tree. Kids are now inside a newly finished classroom complete with plastered and nicely painted walls. Much-needed restrooms along with a septic tank and other amenities have also been constructed to make the facility more usable for both children and staff. The following pictures show some before and after shots of what has been accomplished on behalf of children in this part of Bamako, Mali.
